Terms & Conditions - the short version.
You order the goods - you pay for the goods - we send you the goods. Simple.
Can I visit you to make a purchase in person.?
Yes, this virtual shop is a part of WearAbouts - a shop in the real world.

Can I return any goods purchased?
Yes, we are always happy to exchange, or refund if required, provided that:-
a) Goods are received back within 14 days of purchase.
b) They are unworn, are in the original condition, still have al tags attached and are returned in the original packaging. In other words if you send it back we need to re-sell it to someone else so please ensure that it is returned in the condition you would expect to receive it.
c) We do not refund p&p charges for changes of mind or wrong size ordered. We will refund p&p fees in the rare event that the fault is ours - i.e. Wrong size/item sent or goods are faulty.
Returns should be sent to WearAbouts, 28 Victoria Rd , Woolston, Southampton, SO19 9DX. Please ensure full details are enclosed (the original packing note is best) along with a note of what items are required in exchange.
How are goods sent?
We normally use Royal Mail first class post, although other services and/or carriers may be used from time to time.
How quickly are my goods despatched?
As with any distance selling please allow up to 28 days for delivery. However, in practise, most of our transactions are despatched within 24 hours. Even the world's best stock control systems can go wrong, and ocasionally we will be out of stock of a certain size of a certain item. With deliveries coming in regularly this is rarely for more than a few days.
If goods are out of stock at time of ordering but we know are due in within 7 days we simply wait and send them as soon as they are available.
If delivery is likely to be between 7 and 14 days we will advise you accordingly.
If, in the unlikely event, that delivery is going to be more than 14 days we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative item/size.
Any items knowingly unavailable for more than 14 days will be removed from sale on the site.
How can I pay?
We prefer payments made through PayPal. This is safe and convenient and payments can be made either from your bank account or with virtually any debit or credit card without the need to have a PayPal account yourself.
You can also post your payment to us, using either postal orders or personal cheques, although cheques of course take around 7 days to clear before goods can be despatched.
Can I have goods sent overseas.?
Due to the huge variance in postal costs we are currently only set up to despatch to the UK. However if yo wish to have goods sent overseas please CONTACT US and we will send you a invoice including postage and any VAT adjustments required.
What information about me do you store?
We only store your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. This is to enable us to contact you if any follow-up is required regarding your purchase(s) and also speeds up the process for you when making future purchases. This also enables us to advise you of any future promotions and/or new products that you may be interested in, although you will be given the choice of opting out of these if required.
We do not store any of your payment details and we will never pass on your details to a third party
